Bec's bakery is being built with completion scheduled for Easter 2010.
This bakery is the realization of our dream to feed the school children
more regularly and at a reduced cost. Hopefully, this initiative will
see that dream come true. Not only daily bread but pastries and treats
for the kids and families will be baked. This will be a tremendous
economic boon to the area as well as a blessing for all the school
children. We will still have to develop a regular funding base for the
flour and other supplies but with our own bakery, we hope the costs will
be much lower and the production possibilities much greater. Our little
saint, Rebecca Claire Fakier, has truly done it again. |
