Haiti – House #76 – Mrs. Solange Voltaire

Mrs Solange Voltaire is a 70 year old woman  who does not own her own house.  In reality, she is a homeless widow woman.  She was living in Port-au-Prince at the time of the 2010 earthquake and came back to Jeremie where she had family.   Since then she has been living with friends in a very difficult situation.  She has been very sick as of late with a heart problem and is unable to work at all.  She was able to acquire a piece of family property near some other families in the area for whom HMI has built homes.  With the hopes of improving her health and giving her a decent and dignified place to live out her life, the selection committee has decided to make Mrs. Voltaire a recipient of a new house in June 2016.  God Bless all who have helped in any way to make the miracle possible.
